He is an interventional cardiologist and ICU specialist who focuses primarily on complex and CTO PCI and elective as well as acute mechanical circulatory support including ECPR. He is one of the pioneers of CTO PCI in the Czech Republic, regularly performs live case transmissions of CTO and complex PCI, as part of Czech and international events. Furthermore, he co-organizes local complex PCI workshops and is one of the program directors of the CTO and CHIP  Czech challenge event.
